My friend did this thing called "Seal Fit"... It's like Crossfit, but for "Navy Seal training".
read: hard core.
here are some of the things tht they had to do:
1) 50 wall ball (15lb ball, 10ft target)
2) 50 situps (15lb ball passed between 2 people)
3) run up a hill with sleds tied to you with weights on them.
4) haul "shit" up/down the hill.
shit = 15 lb pvc pipe, 25lb weight (circular), 55 lb ammo box
5) take "shit" out for a "walk". (2.5 mile run to the beach).
6) army crawl (on your belly!) under barbed wire up/down hills with "shit".
7) memorize facts (this is the hardest part... because you're completely brain dead)
8) army crawl back up hill with "shit"
9) heaviest person in your team gets shot... they need to be carried up the hill (along with the "shit".)
10) get to the top of the hill-- heaviest person gets "healed"-- and then you run back to base with the "shit".
11) Grenade Toss (I have no idea what this is-- but it took a while.)
12) "fran forwards and backwards"
-21, 15, 9, 15, 21 pull ups
-21, 15, 9, 15, 21 thrusters (55lbs girls, 75lbs boys).
13) get quizzed on the shit that you memorized in step 7.
it took 2.5 hours.
