Long Term
-To be healthy and look healthy
-To be able to take my dog for a walk and not worry about getting out of breath
-To gain confidence
-To gain self respect
-To get down to anywhere in between 160-180lbs
-To be (comfortably) wearing jeans in any size UNDER 18
-To be able to go for half an hour to an hour on the elliptical
-To be able to go shopping without crying
-To be able to go shopping and not worry if they have my size
Short Term
-Keep track of my exercising in a diary
-Eat three meals a day
-Don't eat out more then 2 times a day
-Set goals in ten weight intervals so they don't seem to far out of reach and reward self with something (books?) when that goal is reached.
Motivations
-Take my sister shopping and be able to buy something at the same stores
-Go to a store and go shopping... NOT in the plus size section
-To buy clothes and not have more then 1 X in front of the L
