I got it! I start my training in June as we're currently in the middle of Inventory prep and we're all too busy for that. I'm pretty excited about this new adventure! Also, weather is being more pleasant so my gym buddy and I can start working out outside soon. We live near a park with a running track and some stairs we can use. I'm pumped.

I also found a new sunblock by La Roche-Posay for my face that doesn't clog the pores and feels like nothing on my skin. I'm super excited about this because I wear sunblock all year long (ginger problems, folks) and it's always a struggle to find something that doesn't make my face feel sticky and greasy. Hurray! Big things this summer!

My future sister in law sent me a massigve email about the photos she wants for the wedding. It's all demanding and no  "hey, I know you're doing us a huge favour and you want to enjoy the day too since your brother is the groom, so it would be great if you could do some of these things."  Not once has she understood throughout our interactions how much work is involved in doing the photos for a wedding. She's very much turning into a bridezilla and it's making me regret saying yes. I also don't think she understands that wedding photographers are expensive.

Congrats! Nobody ever asks me to take photos of their wedding, as I can't be trusted to remain sober for more than half hour. x

LOL I don't typically do the photos for a wedding either. Taking government ID/Passport photos for over ten years has really taken the joy out of portraits for me. I tend to stick to landscape and abstract for the most part, but they don't really have a ton of money so I thought I would be nice. This will be a lesson learned, I think. I won't be doing wedding photos for people unless they pay me now.
