So Sovereign Council is in the middle of writing a third album right now. They've got most of the lyrics of one of the songs done already. I almost have them memorized from hearing them so many times. Lol I got to help fix phrasing issues and correct some words, which was fun. But mostly I just get to hear new music unfolding. It's pretty cool having a front row seat to a new album being made. They're at the stage where they're doing recording demos to hear so they can finetune and change anything that needs to be changed. Tomorrow, Chris is driving to Ottawa to record some guitar into one of the songs at Joe's place. If you're into metal, search for Sovereign Council on youtube. I've started to search more earnestly for a new job. I don't really want to, but this current job is too much stress for my body, physically. It's unfortunate, but you have to listen to your body sometimes. It's going to tell you when to stop or when it's okay to push yourself further. Mine has given me notice to stop. So there's that.
