Okay so I've been doing fairly well with the working out multiple times a week thing. Except last night after work I had hives all over my thighs. And this morning they're still there. So I guess my body is telling me not to workout today. Great. Maybe later today if they're gone I'll be able to workout. All I know is that having a chronic illness can be such a pain in the ass sometimes. Okay, all the time. Because even when I'm not getting hives all over my body, I'm typically tired or my skin and joints are unhappy. And let's not get into my digestion, folks.
Autoimmune diseases are the bees knees! LOL
