The title of this entry is a question I have been asking myself a lot lately. Why does this happen, why didn't I do that, why are things going this way? etc. So many things are going through my head all day and it drives me crazy. Oh well, I just try to ignore it for the most part and live my life in whatever way I can. Lately I've just been working full time, sitting around my house relaxing, or hanging out Ernest. I wrecked my motorcycle almost 2 months ago and I'm still healing from it. I can at least walk pretty much normally now at least. I've got parts on the way to fix it all up though. I can't wait to ride it again. I'm gonna have to wait for the roads to stop being icy though. Doing wheelies is one thing I definitely am excited to do again. Disturbed came to my town this weekend as part of their tour with Skindred and Sevendust. Of course, I had to go. So I went. It was fucking amazing. They put on such an amazing show. I'm still absolutely amazed that bands that big came to the tri-cities. Hopefully it happens more like they said it will. My cousin Matthew came over from Idaho to go to the show. We had a great time, it's definitely a show to remember. That was last night. Today, we (including Ernest) went to my aunt and uncle's house to shoot our shotguns and my mom's new Springfield XD 9mm handgun. We took some cans and shit to blow the hell out of, which we did, and I bought a box of clay pigeons to launch out and shoot at. It was really fun. We had a couple empty gallon containers that I filled with water. Mathew and I each blew the fuck out of them with the slugs I bought for our guns. It was a good time. It was really damn fucking cold, but really fun nonetheless. I had a pretty good weekend. Two days off, a fucking badass concert, and shooting guns. It was a good mix. I'll think I might sleep well tonight. I hope at least. I just had a big piece of apple pie, so that might help.
