Its amazing how much TV shows have changed, like that 70,s show was a nice together family and kids left at 18 ect, now we are seeing shows were a dad is bringing up kids on his own with a divorced mother.
Its just made me realise how much our actual lives have changed, its not really visible for people to leave their parents at 18 anymore if they don't go to uni. Studies have said people stay with their parents until 30 now cos they just can't afford to move out.
I know I've thought about this stuff before, but its how the TV shows change to relate to our situations which is interesting.
Though I'd like to see how they do a TV series based on a 30 year old still living with parents :\ |
