How do you wake up?When I get up in the morning (for work), I have a pretty much set routine to do the job. I set my alarm for an hour before I need to get up. Then, after sleeping all night, I decide I deserve a jolly good nap. So, I set my alarm for an hour away. An hour later, after my nap, my alarm goes off and up out of bed I get.
So, I'm asking all of you, what is your wake up routine? Do you set the alarm then snooze it 10 times before admitting defeat? Or maybe you wake up 5 mins before your alarm and just lay there til it goes off.
