Can I crawl in a hole now? I have so much to do, that I want to say screw it all. There's too much going on at work over the next few weeks. The fundraiser tomorrow, a horse race theme, was horribly planned and executed. (Maybe it SHOULD be executed... lol) I've been helping with that and covering the newsletter (Alyssa is out of town), and trying to make sure my work is done, too. I just took two ibuprofen. (Aaa-aand misspelled "just" and not "ibuprofen." )
Morgan is happy because I bought her pink and purple rain boots at a resale shop yesterday, and we "jumped up and down in muddy puddles" (Thank you, Peppa Pig - on Nick Jr.) in the driveway... Until she realized there was a "river" in our lawn and abandoned the "baby puddles." ALL our clothes went straight into the washer! We had a major rainstorm come through, as all the billions of feet of snow melted. I'm still wearing my rain boots - which aren't quite as cool - lol - black with multi-colored polka dots.
There's two events at the synagogue, tonight and Sunday afternoon, for Morgan. Tonight is "Tikvah Tots," the service for the 0-7 crowd, with participation by the kindergarten religious school class. Yes, the Cuteness Factor should be overwhelming. If you see a pink, sparkly explosion-mushroom cloud, it's coming from here! Sunday is a "Pre-Purim" party. I can't wait for the costumes. I have to figure out something for Morgan...
Speaking of the little Munchkin, I should go pick her up from preschool/daycare/whatever.
