I just made a Deviant Art account - MothPixie. I hadn't been on that site in YEARS. It's changed a bit. lol It looks like fun. In addition to just uploading art, you can use it as a journal, too. No, it'll never be a Bloop or Easy Diary, at least for me. Deviant is too easily accessed. I feel "hidden" here. I even did it because I was looking up art to use for work, and I got a dragon hatching out of an egg as one of my Google image searches for chicken eggs. CUTE.
This weekend is looking crazy. There's a 3 and Under group gettting together in the morning, Jesse's 1st birthday party in the afternoon, and I had wanted to go to the Psychic Fair, mostly to support a friend, but I'm not sure how to squeeze it in. We also wated to go to the Steam Thresher/Tractor Show - leave me alone - there's good food! lol
Morgan and I have been playing outside a lot. She's gotten all the tomatoes, so I'm guessing those are good. lol Jamie brought over his old green turtle sandbox, and Morgan LOVES it. I posted on Facebook this 15-second video of her explaining how to build a sandcastle. After I did it, I quickly made an excuse to go inside (Jamie was there with Morgan) so I could giggle in private. She used the words from the "Peppa Pig" cartoon on Nick Junior: "First, you fill your bucket up with sand. Turn it over and tap it. Lift it up, and hey, Presto!" Of course, it's dry sand, so all Morgan gets is a pile of sand, but it's CUUUUTE. Yesterday, there was some moisture in the sand, so she just about got a "real" sand castle.
Alright - back to work....
