I had to reschedule a promo job today - bummed. I don't get many promos, because my agent really has had me focusing lately, so I was bummed to have to cancel it. I just couldn't handle it with my foot yet. Sigh - yeah, just had foot surgery April 10th, basically had the ball of my foot reconstructed. Sucks...I haven't worked since a shoot April 4th - hurt my foot the next day.
So, The Boyfriend met The Rents last night...yay! I think he did pretty well. Was pretty laid back - food and a bonfire. My darling children then, in turn, slept til 9. They played sooooooooooooooooo hard for soooooooooooo long yesterday. The boyfriend sat and talked welding with the guys for a bit (his degree is in NDT) but he was kinda shy...didn't stray too far from me. lol
We left about 9 - he had to be up at 4, at work by 5, and the kids were 2 hours past their bedtime. Thank God Mom lives maybeee 5 minutes away...The kids couldn't of stayed up much longer. They went rrriiiggghhhttt to sleeep when we got home. Within 5 of The Boyfriend leaving, it was game over lol.
I dont know whyyy I an so tired - I got 7 hours of sleep last night. Thatrs like unheard of for me lol
I think my friend Nate might be coming over to get some fresh ink on my side...not sure though. Need to double check I suppose.. |
