Tired
So, TODAY, my lovelies, marks ONE FULL WEEK of having Gabby at home. This is the FIRST time we've been home a WHOLE WEEK since August 16th. Needless to say, we are pretty excited. We're going out to lunch later before her blood draw, AND today also is the day we will find out WHEN we go back to Childrens Mercy for the rechallenge on Coumadin. I'm REALLY nervous about that, but, I know that coumadin is really her only option. The lovenox has been a nice break from the daily labs and uncontrollable INR and that damn rash, but, we knew at the onset it was only to be shortlived. Due to the fact lovenox is not approved for valve replacements it really comes with it's own bundle of worry.
Alex and Jude have both had Mohawks for awhile now. Getting a LOT of pressure from my family (mainly my Grandmother - who says it "offends" my super religious Aunt & Uncle, and my Stepfather, who just doesn't like it) to grow em out. I don't even want to - Alex's, it's up to him. But Judes? I fucking LOVE Judes, and it FITS his personality to a "t". I dunno. I'll give Alex the option I think, and decide FOR Jude. Btw my decision it the hawk stays.
In the way of the whole "Guess what, I'm inhabited!" news, I still don't feel pregnant. No morning sickness this go, tons of energy, etc etc. This is my third day of knowing I'm pregnant and also my third day of not smoking. I've already hit the point I don't crave it anymore, although I'm sure *that* will change when we're in KC. Bahh. That's one thing I STILL don't know how I'm going to manage - stays THERE and ob care HERE. I am trying hard not to get terribly attached to this pregnancy, I have a crap track record with pregnancies, and with all the stress and blah blah blah, this SUCKS. We have a girl's name picked out, Zoe Jane (Yes, another song name) but no boy's name yet.
Anyways...I have laundry to fold....So, til later.....
