SlumberOkay, I may have dropped the ball on this diary. It's actually the 8th and I'm writing for the 6th. I was just so knackered that day. It was supposed to be my day off but because Amanda hasn't come back to work yet after her neck problems, I had to pick up her shifts. Which meant 4-9 thursday and then 8-3 the next day. It didn't help that I had Plyometric Cardio Circuit that day, and at work I had to work 6 chiller pallets. I git home and I was actually tempted to sleep in my work clothes since I'd be there in the morning anyway.
Plyometric Cardio Circuit
This is still painful. My cold has improved slightly so I had no problems nose wise, but it was still tiring and I had no energy. I powered on through though. I will not give up! I find the warm ups really challenging for some reason. Everytime I do them I'm like aaaaargggh whhhhhhy!
