Haunting
Daaaaay offfff, and that ever present do I work out in the morning and get it over and done with or do I enjoy my day and work out in the evening? I didn't have any plans. Well I did, but I lied through my teeth to get out of them. I just didn't fancy going out with a bunch of people I didn't really know and the ones I do know I'm not sure if I even really like..... So yeah I was 'out of town' and wouldn't make it back in time. It helped that I had to be up for work the next day at 6am so wouldn't be able to stay out late. Or drink, since drinking would ruin all my hard work and effort with Insanity. Oh and I decided to do the workout in the evening, I've been doing a lot of morning ones because of work so I thought it'd be nice to workout a bit later on in the day.

Cardio Power and Resistance
I THINK this is getting a little easier, at least due to my cold not being present anyway. It's still a struggle and I do still feel like I'm dying half the time but I do feel a little stronger. A little fitter maybe? I'm keeping up with the warm ups more and I really try to push myself. I enjoy this workout because I really feel it focusing on the areas I want to improve the most.

Food Intake
I was a bit naughty today, I didn't mean too but I can't help it when my mother brings home a salt and pepper crusted baguette from Tescos....

Cereal
Baguette with tikka chicken, mayo and salad (it was soooo goooood)
Breaded chicken, bubble and squeak, another slice of baguette and salad.

I can't remember if I had snacks in between. I probably did. =\
