Just Chill OutUp at 6am, 9 hour shift. This included working back stock chiller and then working a couple of pallets of delivery before we opened at 10. Once we opened working on the delivery became impossible because it was that busy, even as third till I was stuck. It was such a hectic day. I rarely work sundays, I'm usually rota'd in on a saturday so I tend to forget how busy and hectic they can be. So yeah, a tiring 9 hours at work and guess what! It's Pure Cardio AND Cardio Abs day! What an unfortunate schedule. Mum picked me up from work and made me a cup of tea and I just chilled for an hour. Then I cracked on with the DVDs. Really tried to push myself this time, since this would be the last set of DVDs before the next fit test.

Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs
Pure cardio was a killer as usual, but getting easier I think. Again, I feel stronger but it still kills me. I had my brother egging me on from the other room. "Dig deeper!" he kept yelling. I skipped the cool down stretch because I didn't think there was any point cooling down when I was going to go straight into Cardio abs. At least this way I was loose and limber to carry on. Started the Abs DVD, another warm up, slightly different this time and a little bit harder. There was one move I said out loud, "I don't know if I can even do this one." I tried, and probably looked like a right idiot. Then came the floor workout and maaaan that hurt! My stomach really felt it. Because my stomach is an area I really want to improve and tone, I really tried my best with these workouts. I WANT TONED ABS!

Food Intake
Breakfast biscuits
1 wholemeal bagel with peanut butter
Salad, chicken tikka and bacon potato bites.
