Day 14 - Rest Day

On a roll
So today is rest day and you know what? For once, I'm actually going to rest! This does mean I have to skip Kuk Sool though. I need to rest my body, I've worked out for two weeks straight. I can't afford to over do it and they say that the magic happens on those rest days. I feel odd though. Like I should be doing something. Restless. I'm glad to have a break from working out though. Both from Insanity and Kuk Sool. Fit test tomorrow! Dayum I'm nervous. I doubt I've improved much. we'll see tomorrow!

Food Intake
Wholemeal toast
Malted milk biscuit
Baguette with chicken and salad
Multigrain crisps
Nuts, seeds and raisins.
Fudge bar
A few chips, some coleslaw. Breaded chicken in a roll, only at the inside cause it was kinda burnt.
