Cheese Scone Back again! This is my entry for today. So, another early start this time for a meeting at work. It was so pointless, it was pretty much going over everything we knew before with the addition of the fact that we have to fill out a survey in a week or so. Whoop. I got out of bed for that. Oh and to discover there is a rumour going round about me and a trainee manager fancying each other. It's definitely not true on my part but I don't know about him. I doubt he fancies me, it's just gossip from Claire probably and she loves to stir things up. Meeting over with, I had breakfast and then caught the train with friends to visit another friend who moved a little further away to work in a post office that her family bought. We organised holiday stuff, Lou and I ordered out EHIC cards and travel insurance.
We went for a pub lunch and when I looked at the menus which were on the boards I was disappointed with the lack of choice. I would have been happy with a sandwich but they didn't do them on sundays, so I had to settle for ham, egg and chips. I gave my egg to my friend cause I don't eat them, ate all of the salad, the ham bit but left the fat and half of the chips. I didn't have a drink and I skipped dessert so I was good. The others didn't skip and had them all but got it free cause the landlord likes Sian. However he did make us air kiss his cheeks before we left. Awkward.
We travelled back and got home at about 3:30. I couldn't decided when to do the insanity DVD. Either I did it straight away or do it after dinner. I had no energy to do it straight away but I didn't fancy waiting an hour and a bit after dinner and doing it really late. So I bit the bullet, plucked up the energy and got on with it.
Plyometric Cardio Circuit
It's honestly getting harder and harder to find the energy to do these dvds every day. My muscles are becoming less stiff and sore and my knee has stopped hurting. This is great, however I am struggling with fatigue and energy. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not use to this much physical activity or if I'm not eating enough but it is really really hard.
The DVD was just as tough second time round, I barely managed to survive it again. I did notice that despite the lack of energy, I really did push myself to work hard and go faster each time we repeated the sets. That's a bonus right? Day off from a DVD tomorrow, but I still have to do Kuk Sool no rest for the wicked.
