Hot Cross Bun This cold is seriously effecting my motivation to get through these workouts. I woke up this morning feeling slightly better, I could breathe through my nose and I got a fair decent nights sleep but as soon as I started my workout, I knew I weren't over it yet. I'm just tired. I am exhausted from moving all the time and my body is just not getting a rest. I also can't figure out if I'm eating enough calories or not. It'a all just too hard. Work is becoming more physical, they've finally decided to get my on shop floor more which means taking me off till. So combine that and all this insanity and I am pooped by the end of the day. I just want to sleep for a full day.
Pure Cardio
This DVD is one of the harder ones, but I get the feeling if I weren't feeling like crap I'd actually enjoy it. As it goes, I did feel like crap and it was a major struggle. My nose just hurt, which in turn made my teeth hurt. I had a headache, I had no energy. It was just painful. Shaun T said, "I'm not trying to hurt you, I'm just trying to make you better." I couldn't help but scream, "LIES" at the TV. Under my breath I'm swearing and saying I can't do this, I can't do this, but I kept going. I kept going damnit!
