My results!

The crop was very well done, the lighting adds a bit of fantasy to the icon, and the background doesn't take away from the subject's face.
The artist created a sort of "angelic" feel in the icon. The only person to use the photo in question. I would have liked to see more white space on the left side of the model's face, still very good.
The cropping is my favourite part of this icon. I also adore the brightness and colouring of it.
