illness- hate how fast it spreads across the school. Lots of kids in my classes and form have gotten sick- culminating with one of my fave students crying from how ill she felt in form today And for the past two days I've felt it coming on... a temperature, swollen glands, throat full of razor blades... I always get ill just before half term- this sucks!!
We had a very stressful week- my boss said he saw me stressed for the first time in 3 years- there is just too much going on at the moment. I also cried for the first time at work thi week- my mentor tried to comfort me whilst I stared at my PC trying to back away!! AS levels over now- was defintely proud of my group... but it was good when it could have been great!
GCSEs next week- fingers crossed- it's a week of dull revision (yawn).
All I want to do is sleep- for a week at least... although I am looking forward to my date on Monday- 4th date with Chris- theatre and drinks. I was horribly drunk (and rude) on our last date- slating him for being short, living with his parents etc... why do I do this to the nice ones??? It's the reason I usually date idiots, at least I'm not the meanest one then!!! SO fingers crossed this date goes well- although when he lives in the North West and I live in the South East- not really sure if it can turn int anything.
I also have A Bailey emailing me weekly to see when I#m coming to visit- he wants to take me to Mexico this summer- he says he'll pay... now I must be getting older and wiser- because I feel guilty at the thought of it! So I def think I will go visit this summer- cheap and fun holiday in NYC, but not sure I can justify letting him take me further afield when I can't afford it!
On the holiday front I have Holly wanting to go abroad with me... after last year where I was basically her mum for a few weeks I don't want to- but I can't tell her that!!
