So last night Brett came over, when he said he had to go home I thought I'd test to see how easy he is to persuade- two hours later and some time in bed- proves I am back in my old role!
I also got him to confess how old he was... Chris assured me he wasn't 21 and after being cagey when Bex asked him he then said he was- 19!!! (to be 20 this year)- I am dating another Lucien! I know that age shouldn't matter, and it really doesn't, but 20 would just feel so much better, lol\!
Mum thinks I'm jumping too quickly into having a boyfriend, but then again they only ever see my negative boyfriend side, not the happy one!
Having people over tonight- I don't know what the night is about- my plan is to chat, maybe play ring of fire/ drinking games in general and party!! SENSIBLE me just wants to organise everything and be careful about noise etc, but NORMAL me just wants to get drunk and chillax! Brett says he's nervous about meeting my friends, lol, although he's bringing 2 mates along too- so it's all good!
I feel like I've settled back into teaching this week, realising with my year 10s, 11s, 12s how easy devising is- and how to put the minimum in and get the maximum out! I am the new and improved Mr Biltcliffe basically!
