Well this has been an interesting week- at school I feel like I'm really developing myself, can see a lot of potential. Although I covered a year 11 form time yesterday and all the boys were being lairy and rude. Seriously- what is it with year 11 boys that mean they need to have beef with everyone??!?!lol Is it a male testosterone thing? Or an 'I want to look hard in front of my mates' thing?? I just don't get it!
After meeting up with Rhys this weekend (from uni) and finding out that he's on his way to achieving MY dream job as music video director, I really want to try and make a change!! I wish I had the drive to go out there and get that dream, no clue how to start really though, it sucks! I watched Step Up2, which aside from making me dance around the flat like an idiot, also got me really inspired- I haven't felt energised or enthusiastic in ages!
Bex, Tom and I are now doing this musical as well, we started it last night, and the singing has made me want to get back singing again. Found out I don't have solos in the play even though I'm two different parts, oh well! Tom is turning into a diva which is annoying, his weirdness about him having a new girlfriend is making me feel weird- not cool! Why does he ever think that there was anything between us?!?
Adam may have me sorted in the housing department (awesome), I think it would be really nice to live with him- not as many laughs as Bex, and always the odd sexual tension in the air- but no mess- how good is that!!!
There is only one week left of teaching til Xmas- I really feel like a pupil, building up the excitement. Other than the fairy lights and carols I've never really been one for Christmas- I don't like the food so much, don't like the mandatory smiles or fights that happen every year, or the babysitting duties I normally get put on. Strangely enough my favourite thing about Christmas Eve and New Years Eve used to be working- getting free fun and vibing off all those people who actually are having an awesome time!
I also had my heart and key tattoo redone last week- very painful but in a gratifying way- knowing I can take it! My heart is still on lock down so it seems apt!
