Well today was sports day, so I got a lie in, and it felt good. Just as I was leaving the house the bus driver housemate starts yelling at me out of the top window... he was really angry that I'd put the bins so that they were 'touching his car'! I told him the people didn' t like them being on the street and so I'd put them so that there was a path between our cars. He was still fuming so I moved them into the middle- seriously is this what old men are like- OMG a bit of plastic is touching my shit old car- it could scratch it or something in its totally stationary position!??!
So from now on I will put my bins touching my car, just to prove a point. I wanted to say- why don't you worry about real issues like the fact that you don't own a home and so have nothing to leave to your children, or that fact that you eat mostly fried food and therefore probably are about to have a heart attack, and are pretty ginormous!??! ARGH!
Sports day was awesome though, bit rainy, but I got paid to essentially watch kids play in a sandpit, and snuck out early. Anyways, I'm feeling better about being more fit, going to the gym in half hour so trying to push myself even further for the next few weeks! I can't believe how broke I am, I really still can't hack money- I'm very much a person who lives for the moment, and then afterwards tries to remember why I should have been more interested in saving then spending.
The only thing I think I'd like differently is my living situation- but after knowing I'm going up on the pay scale and getting a TLR bonus I know that next year should be good!
Right, my Gilmore Girls is back on- I seriously find this programme so relaxing, and amazing that so often I watch an episode that I've never seen!
