just a curious question - did two ep come out? i didnt have time to watch the second one - not till tmw - its on demand i am confused WHY two after day one?

I'm not entirely sure why they did it - maybe because Episode 1 was kinda lackluster? I dunno. Episode 2 is pretty awesome - better than the first - so I hope you get some time to watch it soon :)

oh i am MAKING time tonight!!! (i hope) we just have alot to do this week and we r taking a trip for the weekend - i was like okay lemme click on it and see if it would say (i dunno why i thought it would) on a blank screen "Oops this was a mistake - cant watch it till its officaly airing" LOL then i skip ksip skip to see if there were just parts and i think i mighta saw tara a bit much in one part... lol my husband was like "that wasnt tara..." i am like yes it was..

The first episode was kinda lame TBH but I was able to watch the second episode on HBOGo and it was awesome.

vampires, shape shifters, etc. true blood. it's based off a book series, the southern vampire mysteries .

Are the books good? I'd probably prefer to read the books first, if they are.

i haven't read them but i've had them recommended to me by friends who have all said "don't worry, it's not like that twilight shit. you don't want to kill yourself after the first page". so i figured that's as good a review as any.

@skull: ohmuhgawwwwd the books are fantastic!

@iWRITE: There are lots of books :] I will warn you this, though - the tv series is loosely based on the books.. loosely. It's like they take the ideas and kinda run with 'em. They're still good - but it's like, two totally different versions of it, if that makes sense to you? :)

@Stephanie: yes, that makes sense lol.

The books are great!! Tho if you think the show will stick to the books you will be disappointed- still very good but very different.
