You have the opportunity to gift someone, or something (a cause, organization, etc) a million dollars. Who/What would you give it to to and why?

What I really want to do will take more than $1M so here's what I'd do with $1M!

If I had a million dollars I would start an at risk LGBTQ+ Youth Center/Shelter for LGBTQ+ kids who have been kicked out of their homes for being who they are. I'd write grants to help keep it running and offer GED Courses, grants for college, help with getting jobs, counseling, and help find safe homes for them or shelter them there. We can set up a mentor program for the ones who have been in the program to mentor the new ones coming in. Set up clubs and activities for them as well.

It doesn't have to be runaways or kicked out teens, maybe its teens whose parents haven't kicked them out but are struggling to come to terms with their child's sexuality and we can offer services to help them come to terms and accept their child so their kids don't become homeless. I think I'd call it Rainbow House.

If a million dollars can't make it doable, I'd donate it to an already existing LGBTQ+ organization.
