what exercises are best to get a pert botty, yo? my fat sister told me to do squats, like, just stand up, squat down, then stand up again. would that work? how long should i hold the squat - any particular technique? and for how long a day?

or does anyone have any other suggestions, yo?

Squats and stairs work best. When I got a membership at the gym the trainer had me doing 40 squats a day everyday for the whole month. You don't have to hold the squat for long, that would make it more of an excersize for your legs. Stairs are even better than squats, but that's just to me personally so I don't know =P

On the stepper on the Gym we had to do 10 minutes. That ended up being like 30 flights of stairs according to the machine. It was more than enough to really feel it when we got off of it XD

my friend did it, she was a model type but she was unhappy with her ass, so they took the fat *which she didnt have much* 550 cc (not sure what it means) from your body (thights, arms, somach -- in her case her inner thigh she didnt have much on her somach) they pumped it in her ass

it doesnt go away... it stays there no forgien things in the body

Walking up and down stairs, when I went to uni I had a very small bum, then I lived on the top floor and had ten flights of stairs to my flat, a year later I have a round pert bum :) Walking up hills is good as well, anything that requires you to push your body up or down with your legs.

SQUATS WON'T MAKE YOUR BOTTY SMALLER - YOU'LL JUST GET MORE MUSCLE. LIKE, YOU SHOULD LOSE WEIGHT TOO, YO. DO 100 JUMPING JACKS A DAY, AND 50 SQUATS A DAY.

i can't really do a dvd, cos i can't exercise near where the tv is.

are jumping jacks just normal star jumps, yo?

Outdoor running. There is nothing like running through rolling hills (or up the occasional steep one) that gets your body into the shape you want faster. It's pretty impossible to work out just one muscle group and get it in good shape -- you've got to get the whole body working. Cardio + weight training + diet.

yeah i've started dieting, and i'm doing sit-ups, weights, and there's this machine we've got that works your inner thighs or something, so i was just feelin like my botty was missing out!

i should do cardio stuff really, but i always struggle to do anything for longer than 2 minutes, i'm thinkin that if i spend 2 weeks doin my toning stuff so i get a bit of muscle, then i can tackle more of the cardio stuff.
