Okay, I have a video of my daughter dancing in my car on my Myspace profile. I am on friends only. So my videos are on friends only as well. I came across someone else's profile that I have no clue who they are & they have the video of her dancing on their myspace profile. Actually it's their son's profile that is missing. I came across it on the help find Haleigh Cummings myspace. I just started looking at all the kid's profiles that were missing & I came across this little boy's profile made by his mother. How did this happen? How did she get my video. I haven't downloaded it to any other websites.

Nothing on the internet is 100% secure. If someone wants it, they can get it. I'd start checking through your friends list first though. Most times vids and photos are stolen by people you know.

Personally, I wouldn't trust that site with anything. There are even applications that you can use to download people's music, pics and stuff as well off that and sites like photobucket. In other words... nothing online is safe.

p.s. Might try contacting teh site admins and ask them to remove it. If they even will. I have no idea how they run that site or if they even care about their users or not.

Ok this is really weird. When I am signed in on my name under myspace I see the video on the profile, but if I sign out of my account I don't see it.

Might just be a glitch with their servers or your browser. Try viewing it on a different browser and see if it does the same thing. Ditto with cookies and browser cache cleared.

I changed browsers & cleared cookies & browser cache & it's still doing the same thing. If I'm logged in it shows the video, but if I'm logged out it doesn't.

How weird. Maybe someone else with an account there will read this and check it out too.

I created an account and signed in. I do not see it at all. Signed in or not. Try flushing your browser cache and cookies.

I agree it's really weird. I thought about messaging the lady & asking if she added it, or if it is just my account acting up. I don't guess it really bothers me that it is on there, it's harmless I guess. It just kind of threw me off guard that someone can just take it like that.

Ok I logged into my boyfriends myspace & you can't see it from his either, only from mine. But if it was adding my video to her profile then why wouldn't it be adding it to other profiles I view?

I logged into my myspace account, but I don't see any video between 'Who I'd like to meet' and 'Truth Box'... just to let you know. =)

It must be some weird code. I logged in and looked and one of my videos was there. I don't think they actually stole your video. There is probably some code that somehow puts one of your videos onto their page. I would assume that the reason why no one else has seen videos is because they don't have any videos uploaded. I'm sure if Doc uploaded a video, it would appear there. That is my guess since one of mine is on it.

yeah it is. I dunno what it is, but I would guess you shouldn't be concerned. I have no clue. I still think you should report it, just because it's weird, and maybe it is a fake profile trying to steal stuff? It is just a weird behavior that seems suspicious.
