If it's a squirrel or rabbit, I'll slow down and say "run little squirrel run" and I haven't hit one yet. But I would if he didn't run fast enough. Deer though, I try to come to a complete stop if I can. In Michigan, deer cause the most car damage, just because we have a lot, and people hit them. A lot. Almost everyone I know has hit a deer. And fucked their car.. :/

Moose are popular on our roads. Deer, skunk, opossum, racoon, cats and turkeys. I cry when I hit a bird for god's sakes!!
