Well, to be quite honest...they don't have to hit puberty to get an erection, nor do they have to hit puberty to ejaculate sperm. So while it's possible he's not the father based on the apparent fact the mother can't keep her legs closed for anyone, his status on the puberty ladder doesn't determine whether it is or not.

well no yo're right it might not matter if his voice has broken or not, but he would have to be able to ejaculate to produce a baby, and would have to have hit puberty to be able to do that, any boy can get an erection and have an orgasm, but they don't produce semen/sperm until their body is capable at some point in puberty. I had a boyfriend when i was 14 who could orgasm but couldn't ejaculate.. his body hadn't got far enough in puberty to do it yet.
