I met my husband in high school. we got together senior year. so technically we're "high school sweethearts". we've been married for 5 years & been together a total of 8.

Kind of like Quinten and I. We dated for 5 years, got married (on the day of our dating anniversary, actually) and have been married for 2 and a half years.

I met mine in a yahoo chat in 2005, he was trying to message the girl above me and he clicked on the wrong name

High school sweethearts. :) I met him my freshman year and we became best friends. The rest is history. :)

Through a friend. He set us up. Minus some emails and texts, it was pretty much a blind date. But a fantastic blind date :D

I met mine back in '04 when in an AIM philly chatroom, when they still had them.

Met him face to face 1 week later and its been us ever since.

I met mine at a vampire LARP (Live Action Role Play), the day after Halloween of last year. I went with my friend so I could get out of my shell, cos I'm really shy, lol. I noticed him right after he walked in the room, lol. We all went out to a restaurant (Boston Pizza) after the LARP. And then the next day he found me on facebook through a mutual friend, and started talking. We've been together ever since, and most recently moved back to my home province to live with my dad, who is on disability, and a kidney transplantee (not sure if that is a real word, lol)

I met mine at work. I was new and sitting in A-Bay (where all the newbies sit with people walking around to help if need be) and he was sitting close to A-Bay. There was a radio playing and had sat close to it so he could hear the music, and so had I. He was staring at me and we started talking about the songs that were on. We still joke about how he eye-stalked me before we actually spoke about anything other than the songs on the radio. It took his friend asking me to a group outing to the movies for us to start flirting and dating. More than three years later we're living together. :)

High school sweethearts:-) We met when I moved there my sophmore year, his freshmen year. We started dating a year later. We've now been together 11 years and married for 8 1/2:-D

On the school bus when we started high school :P We were 12! Randomly hooked up when we were 17 but it never went anywhere. At 21 we got together, and have been together since and have a lil girl :)

I met Nick in a Wisconsin Yahoo chat room. We started talking one day and then a few weeks later he came up to my parents house, and the day after he came up we got together, and we have been together for a little over 3 years now.

I met him at a punk gig. His band were the opener. My friend was the drummer in the band, he was the guitarist. My friend owed me a blind date and set us up. We've been together ever since. EIGHT YEARS people, lol.

My boyfriend & I went to high school together. To this day, we still can't figure out what class we had together or how we really know each other. About a year after graduating, I was hanging out with one of my best friends and her friend. We went disc golfing and he happened to be there. I recognized him, but for the life of me could not remember his name. My friend said she didn't know him, so she went over and introduced herself. He said his first name and within minutes, I remember his last. Later that night I went on facebook, looked him up and added him. Turns out he had a crush on me all through high school. So almost 5 years later, he finally got the chance at me. We've been together for a few months now and we couldn't be happier. =]

I met Shawn on plentyoffish.com... when we met we had just both gotten out of relationships and didn't want to rush into another one. Well... on our first "hang out date" we stayed up pretty much for 2 days straight just talking about everything ... that was over 2 years ago now were married and expecting a baby in December

I met my husband online while i was in afghanistan, my brother was in marine corp boot camp, and a guy he went to boot camp with added me to myspace, well I saw a guy as his top friend with a maroon beret on, and saw that he was stationed where i was stationed, and he was deployed with the brigade that we were supporting, well we talked online for a year, just as friends, i got home from afghanistan a week before him and the day after he got home we went out to dinner, and ive been on cloud 9 ever since, now we have a beautiful 3month old :)

I met my man on myspace. lol I am super super shy. I have issues talking to people in person. I don't go to bars or anything. Well anyway.. One day I sign in to Myspace and see I have a friend request. I decided that I was going to be a smartass and since I just dont randomly add people I don't know, I asked him why he wanted me to add him. Basically I was a smartass the first couple of messages and then we really got to talking. Met in person about a week later and have been together since. :)

I met my boyfriend in school, we met in kindergarten actually. We didn't start dating until Sophomore year in high school. We had been friends before then, talking on the bus and a couple times I went over to his house and we played together. He lived down the street from me a good majority of my life.

I met my husband going down the highway!! He was driving & his cousin hung his bare ass out the window at us. EWW!!! Then I found out that his cousin was dating one of my friends. It went from there.

I met my girlfriend of 6 years over the phone through a friend. Her name is Deanna.

Our mutual friend was ranting about me over Myspace, and Deanna (before I met her) said something along the lines of, "Wow, Chris seems like an asshole." Well, a couple of months later, Tori and I were speaking again, and I called her to confront her about calling me an asshole. We spoke, and two days later we were dating. Almost six years later, I'm sitting here writing this post.

Met him on MSN chat when I was 13 and he was 16. that was...forever ago lol

i met my boyfriend through my best friend. i don't recommend dating someone that your friend once hooked up with. some of the things she says makes me think that part of her is still interested in him....
