I think immaturity is being 23 and thinking "I'm 23 now! I must know EVERYTHING there is to know! Nobody can suggest to me what to do or what to think, or imply that something I'm upto is wrong, because I know best. I always know best, I am 23, I'm not a child!"

I think this applies to an awful lot of Bloopers. And not just the ones that are 23!

I believe that there should be a balance between maturity and immaturity; know when be serious and when to be silly.
Also, I think it shows real quality in someone when they can look beyond age, appearance, race, etc. and see a person for who they are (not what they are!), accept them even if they don't particularly agree with/like/tolerate them and not dwell upon wasteful emotions, such as "hatred". Lol, there should be more love in the world ;D

* know when to be serious and when to be serious...

For Goodness sake, I re-read my paragraph... How could I have missed that grammatical error!? :-/

i agree with lady harley quinn.
but my version is i believe you are mature when you can look past the labels of age, race, gender, etc and discover who that person really is. especially because i get called out on my age.
