evidenly I mixed the pictures up.
The tiny chin is named "baby chin" but she went to a new home a few days ago so now we only have the three.
the bigger ones are a breeding pair named Ryley & Delilah. The darker one is named Greysen.
the cat is named Wired.
& the turtle who is insanely huge is Salomon.
He & Wired are best friends.

The baby, Princess Bella (Bella for short) with her cone on after being spayed. She pulled her stitches out the night of her surgery and had to be stapled and had to wear this for 2.5 wks! Its off now. All the other pics I have are from when she was smaller so this is most recent atm.

This question is for people who have fish... Do any of you guys name your fish? Sorry if this is a very random question. I have a 55 gal tank with a couple fish and I named some of them (I didn't bother to name any of my convict cichlids since they all look the same and I have 5--born in my aquarium). The fish with names are my blood parrot cichlid, jack dempsey, and giant daninos. (I can tell them apart so that's why I named them)

I have one fish and I did name him...Captain Morgan Buffalo Solider....Captain Mo because my mom got him for me on my 21st birthday and Buffalo Solider because I was listening to the song and just decided that it should be his middle name ;D. But usually we just call him 'the fish' lol.

i love blood parrot ciclids!!!
i have a 50 gal aquarum, and we just have some tropical fish in it. and a gold fish who doesnt really belong. my goldfish is sharkbait and i love him. and we have a loach named squidwird. none of the reast are named.

I love the name, sharkbait! Your names are better than mine lol. My blood parrot cichlid is named Joker because he has a permanent grin on his face. The Jack Dempsey is Monty and the giant danios are called: Igor, Pinky, Baby, and Torpedo.

I love blood parrots too. :) I'm thinking about getting another one for Joker but Joker and Monty usually hang out together - I'm not sure if I would mess that up by adding another blood parrot. They can be aggressive as well. I had to get rid of my "mom" convict because she and Joker were killing each other.

we have blod parrots where i work, but just this freshwaterboring old tropical fish are hard as hell to keep up!! lol so there's no way im spending all that on a fish that will just die on me. i have like 5 more years of experiance i need before i get one of those!

I'll be honest with you. Before my cilchids, I had gold fish and neon tetras. They never lived long. They would live from 3 days to a month, that's it. I decided to try my hand at cilchids when my friend gave me a 55 gal tank. They are surprisingly hardy fish lol. I think they fare way better than goldfish! I've had my fish for a couple months, which is a huge feat for me. They even started breeding (the convicts), which was a first for me. I don't think cichlids are as hard to take care of as they appear to be.
