I have terrible vision. I'm near-sighted and without my contacts or glasses, I'm pretty much a hazard to people around me. I am flat-footed and I have a mild case of asthma.

Oh, where to start?

The metacarpal bone of the ring finger of my left hand is stunted. Hasn't grown since I was a child. So that finger is roughly a centimeter shorter than it should be, and it's chunkier, too. To put it into perspective, my ring size for the ring finger on my right hand (dominant, so in most cases, slightly bigger than the left) is a 7 1/2. My engagement ring is a size 9. I COULD comfortably squish an 8 on there, but it looks really, really weird.

I'm nearsighted. Can't see clearly much past the end of my nose. Thankfully, contacts come in high prescriptions now, so I'm not stuck with glasses.

I bruised a kidney when I was 10. It's caused bladder problems ever since. So some days, if I drink "a lot" of liquids (could be as little as a can of pop), I usually have to run to the bathroom every few minutes for an hour. It's extremely unpredictable, which makes it difficult to want to drink anything when I'm not at home.

I blame ear pinning surgery for my ears' extreme sensitivity. They're sensitive to touch, even now, ten years later. I also get random pains in them that didn't happen before the surgery.

Which reminds me: fibromyalgia. Extremely hard to properly diagnose, but I'm certain I have it. I've had random pains since I was a teen, and no one ever found the cause. And mastalgia, random boob pain. Oh em gee does it suck.

I also have restless leg syndrome. It's kept me up many a night.

Allergies to several things, including cephalosporin (antibiotic), Celexa (anti depressant), Gravol (hey, look, it makes me vomit even more!), dust, and pollen.

I could probably add more to this list, but I have to get ready for work. lol

Impressive! Lmao.

I had one of my ears pierced along the cartilage. Unfortunately, it kept getting infected so I took it out. It left a small keloid scar and now if I lie on it too long, I get these terrible shooting pains in it and also near my collar bone. Must have been nerve damage; it's horrible!

Oh, another major one: hyperhidrosis; excessive sweating, particularly my hands. A barrel 'o fun, that one.

OH - I KNEW A GIRL WHO HAD THAT WHEN I WAS AT SCHOOL. SHE HAD TO WEAR COTTON GLOVES ALL THE TIME, BECAUSE OTHERWISE THE PAPER SHE WAS WRITING ON WOULD GET WET FROM HER SWEAT.

Sometimes I think I should wear gloves or something, but then I wouldn't be able to wear all my purdy rings! :(

Hey, not to be nosy but does Celexa make you sleep all the time? I took it and wound up being over sensitive to the drowsiness side effect of it. I would literally sleep for about 20 hours a day on it.

Celexa gave me a horrible rash. And it made me hallucinate. Which was fun and all, but the rash was really itchy. lol

Wow, what a list. xD Did your doctor/surgeon explain that there might be nerve damage following your ear pinning surgery?

Actually, no. The city I lived in at the time was certainly not renowned for its super awesome surgeons, that's for sure. The whole thing was ridiculous. I go in to the walk in clinic for strep throat, and the doc is all "HEY you can get those things fixed! And it'll be FREE for you! Hurrhurr" And while the surgery itself went fine, the stitches weren't done quite right, so when they were removed at what should've been the proper time, my ears bled like mad. And the kicker...the nurses gave me GRAVOL when I woke up from the surgery, despite the fact that I went nuts when they said the word "Gravol," and my parents even told them not to do it. FUCK YEAH. Cuz excessive amounts of vomit is just fucking awesome.

Nooo, I'm not bitter at all :)

Let's see:

- I'm nearsighted [can't see far away, but I've had glasses/contacts since elementary school to correct it]

- I've had a MAJOR overbite -- all my dentists said my case was "very rare" -- my bottom teeth go on top of my top teeth.. I've been going to orthodentists for as long as I can remember -- had retainers, & braces, but 2 years ago, I FINALLY had my jaw surgery, where they broke my top jaw & moved it over my bottom jaw & unhinged my bottom jaw & moved it a centimeter lower. [Sorry if it sounds confusing] SO NOW, I have titanium screws & plates in my face. [Btw, I don't go off when I go through metal detectors!]

- I have psorisisis. -- it's a skin thing. Some parts of my elbows & hands get really dry & flaky -- luckily, I got medicine to put on the areas & it's not as noticeable. Thank God!

- I used to have issues with my thyroid levels -- but got medicine for that & everything is at a healthy level now.

- I've had problems with picking at scabs & inflicting self-injury since I was a child, but have recently stopped most of those habits.

Hmmm.. I think that's it.

My bottom teeth would go in front of my top teeth, instead of the other way around*** [If that makes more sense?]

Psoriasis runs in my family. I have it & my sister has it. She was completely covered in it for over a year, but is cleared now thanks to some different medicine she's been taking. I was lucky enough not to have it bad at all. It did cover my scalp & cause me to loose quite a lot of hair, though.

oh fun

TMJ problems. i got it when i got my braces on, and i didn't understand what it was at first so i was always messing with it and grinding it sort of. it doesn't pop anymore, but i can feel where the joint is like almost completely popped out lol. i've tried going to doctors about it and they just tell me to keep taking ibuprofen, but i'm not comfortable with taking 3 of them 3 times a day like they recommend. its on my right side

near sighted.

astigmatism.

i've been hearing a weird wooshing noise in my right ear that goes with the beat of my heart thats been bugging me for a few weeks.

gosh. it would be so nice to have everything fixed and just have a flawless body

TMJ is usually a dentist issue. my problem got so bad I was taking 800+ miligrams of ibuprofen every couple of hours... and extra strength tylenol when i'd run out of ibuprofen. this was before I knew what was going on and when all the pills stopped working for the pain i went to the ER hoping I had an ear infection. it was just TMJ. I got a perscription for vicodin and was told to see a dentist.

also, the weird wooshing could be fluid in your inner ear. i've had fluid in my ears since i was a kid. i get ear infections often and my ears clog with fluid whenever i have something as simple as a cold. try a drop or two of peroxide in your ear (drop it in for a few minutes, then turn to let it drain back out if there is any left) if you haven't already tried it

I have PCOS (which is a whole list of other problems, lol)
I was born with a cataract in my right eye and am considered legally blind in that eye.
I have sciatica, mostly affecting my left leg
I have IBS
and I believe I have Fowler's syndrome which is linked with PCOS, it is a condition where your bladder does not empty out properly and therefore you get a lot of UTIs (I have had a ton of them unfortunately)
:(
Oh and I also have seasonal allergies...

There are probably more but those are my main problems.

I have really bad short memory. It's really hard for me to remember names, or a set of numbers. I'll write the numbers wrong if I don't focus. (Like 1.255, I'll write it as 1.552, even if I say it in my head 1.255) I keep on top of it though, it mainly happens at work.
I don't know how I passed my exams when I was studying for Design and Drafting, could be some sort of dislexia but I've never got it checked. It also makes it a big pain in the ass sometimes at band practice, learning new songs is a big challange sometimes.
Also I slouch a lot.

I SLOUCH TOO, YO! GOSH, IT DIDN'T OCCUR TO ME THAT THIS COULD BE A BODILY WOE TOO! AND I DON'T REMEMBER FACES - LIKE I TOTALLY DON'T RECOGNISE PEOPLE, YO. IT GETS EVER SO CONFUSING WATCHING MOVIES. IF THERE ARE TWO SKINNY BLONDE WOMEN, I WILL TOTALLY THINK THEY ARE THE SAME PERSON. AND I KEEP THINKING THERE IS A NEW CHARACTER IN 'HOUSE' WHENEVER CAMERON CHANGES HER HAIRSTYLE - GOSH, SHE SHOULD STOP DOING THAT, YO!

i used to have a clicky jaw, but it finally stopped.

my face dries out really badly after using any sort of cleaning product.

i don't think i'm knock kneed, but if i point my feet straight, then bend my knees, they touch. so my feet, normally, look like this \ /

i have lumps under my chin next to my jaw bone. got them after having chicken pox. doctor said they'd shrink eventually. yeah they haven't done shit actually. they hurt sometimes. like when it's cold or if i have a sore throat.

Those lumps sound like enlarged lymph nodes. But I don't really get why they'd stay enlarged after chicken pox that you had years ago (I'm assuming xD).
