They said you can get it from browsing the internet if your firewall is down and your Windows Updates are up to date... and if you leave your computer on over night etc. There are plenty of ways to get it, it's just best to make sure your computer is up to date! :)

I can do the "I can't get this!" dance because Microsoft patched the "hole" it was getting in through in October of last year and my laptop wasn't made until December xD.
