'Technically' is spelt how I just spelt it. However, you don't actually mean 'technically correct' - you mean 'politically correct'.

Because 'incorrect' begins with a vowel, it should be preceded by 'an', not 'a'.

And it should be 'the mentally handicapped', not 'the mentally handicap'. However, if you wish to be politically correct, you would actually not use that term either - it's highly outdated and considered offensive.

Lol. Anyone with a high school education should know the difference between you're and your. And I'm pretty sure most junior school teachers don't have an English masters, yet they probably correct that one all the time.
