He HAS to be on something OTHER than alcohol. PLUS, it's at about 11am because the windows look bright, which makes me feel worse about the guy.

yeah it kinda stops being funny when you have to clean their piss/vomit/both. i'm kinda bitter about people that can't just stop drinking when they obviously should've ages ago. like if i didn't work with alcohol i'd probably find it more amusing, but when you have to deal with people like that frequently, it's more frustrating than anything.

nah, at a liquor store. i've had a guy piss himself then scream at me because the store smelt like piss. it's like, what the hell that was your fault dude. i think you'll find it'll smell like piss everywhere you go...

yeah like, sometimes it is funny. but when you see someone coming in 4 or 5 times a day just to keep their buzz going so they can function normally it's kinda depressing.

That is depressing. But I have no sympathy for those who chose to become alcoholics. My read dad was an alcoholic & all he did was abuse his whole family. The alcohol was more important than anything in his life.

i don't really have any sympathy for them either. i knew someone who basically drank themselves to death. would've been alright if he had just stopped drinking, but he refused. it's a shame because he was a great bloke. some alcoholics are abusive assholes, but some are relatively nice. i wish more of the shitty ones would drink themselves to death, and the nicer ones would just get help.
