I can;t stand it. It's very confusing to me.
It took me a near minute and a half to find where I could write something on someone's wall. My eyes couldn't focus on one thing.
Then there are two or three spaces for some ... messages?? Updates?? I dunno.

There's a LOT of boxes. And it seems like that if you don't have anything to fill up a box, they just put an update there.
So, instead of checking one list for an update, you have to check 2 or 3 or 4 different spots.

i like the timeline layout. i'm glad it looks different. i was getting sick of looking at the same style for too long.

I like the time line.. But now u guys r freaking me out about some posts going "public"... No bueno. Time to check it out...

Mine was doing that even before the timeline thing. I was just more aware of it when the timeline feature came.

Don't worry about going through you timeline to see if anything got put on public or deleting it when you notice it's now public. It's a waste of time. Just go to your privacy settings and scroll down. You'll see a line that says "Limit the Audience for Past Posts". To the right of that line it says "Manage Past Post Visibility". Click on it and you can limit ALL OLD POSTS that are set to Public or Friends of Friends to now only be seen by Friends.

Alternatively you can also now change the privacy of individual posts even AFTER you have posted them. Just go to your timeline and hover over the icon next to the time stamp. A drop down menu arrow will show up and you can change the privacy of that particular post.
