Right now the decision to allow gay men and women to marry is being discussed in America by the Supreme Court. I hope that the judges decide in favor of marriage equality.

In case someones reason for not supporting Marriage Equality is that it will lessen the meaning of their marriage, I give you my thoughts on that as I have shared with my father who shares this opinion of Marriage Equality: "I fail to see how two PEOPLE getting married that are of the same sex lessens two other PEOPLE's marriage. No one has the power to lessen the meaning of YOUR marriage but YOU. Simple as that. Stop the hate."

If allowing gays and lesbians the right to get married and have the same benefits that come along with that lessens someone else marriage, then I wonder what the incredibly high divorce rates are doing to it?
