Have you seen it? If so, what do you think about the movie? Do you prefer New Moon over the 1st one?

blah yes. i didn't really like it that much, but i bet i would have liked it better if there weren't so many twitards in the theater screaming every two seconds. i liked twilight alot more, but then again i watched that alone with my boyfriend xD

Saw it at midnight. Loved it. Was way better than Twilight. The acting was better, the directing was better. The actors were a lot less awkward and more in character. New Moon also stuck much more closely to the book than Twilight did, even if it did deviate in quite a few parts.

In terms of the technicals of the movie, it was okay.

As for the subject matter, Bella is a pathetic shell of a woman who would manipulate men for her own gain.

And Edward isn't an emotionally abusive, controlling boyfriend?



Okay, I know I really shouldn't open that can of worms because no one wants someone who's anti-Twilight in a pro-Twilight thread. But, PMSing makes you do cranky things. ;)

I saw it yesterday. Awesome. The annoying little teenagers kinda screwed it up for me though. Ugh. But I still loved it. I'm not sure which one I prefer though.

I saw it.. i was AMAZING!! completely kicked Twilights ass! But I would hope that it would considering they had millions of dollars more to spend on it. I took my mother, sister, and boyfriend.. all of them loved it.. yes even my boyfriend who is excited to go see it again with out all the ear rapeage!

I thought it was okay. Maybe 5 or 6 out of ten. The acting still really sucks, especially that god awful Kristen Stewart. Robert Pattinson always looks like he's going to cry, too. They paced a lot- lots of scenes dragged on in silences. I guess for the effect, but it didn't do much. The graphics were better, with the wolves. Speaking of, Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) totally stole the whole movie. I really believed his acting- I think this was his time to shine, as cheesy as it sounds. But maybe I'm just biased, being team "Jacob." Overall, I should've waited for it to come on DVD.

I thought Rob did a lot better in this movie then the last.. same with kristen.. tho kristen's acting is sorta horrible lol
