No question: GUILTY.

Def guilty is my opinion. Her actions after her daughter went missing & when the police confronted her about it where not that of a normal greiving mother. Even if she didn't actually kill Caylee she did have some part in it.

I believe she's guilty of something.
If she didn't directly murder her poor daughter.. she is definitely guilty of neglect, being an awful parent, or just plain being stupid.

She's definitely guilty. I live a few hours away from where she used to live & everyone in Florida kept up with the story. She's totally guilty. The forensic found blood in her trunk... All signs & evidence shows she did it, or at least had something to do with it. She tried to lie & twist her way out of it, but evidence & forensics doesn't lie.

She deserves the death penalty, for sure. If she wanted to party & have fun, then she should of never had the kid! That kid was gorgeous. Or, at least, give full custody to the grandparents.

i think she's guilty. if she had been completely innocent, she would have called the cops immediately upon realizing that her daughter was missing.

her daughter never went missing. she stated that the baby was at the sitters everytime her mom asked for her! then after a month being "at the sitters", her mom said to stop lying and wanted to know where kaylee was! her mom said casey's car smelled like a dead body!

Casey's FIRST story was the Caylee had gone missing. She didn't develop details of the babysitter and all until after she'd already been arrested.

when she reported her missing, she said she'd been gone for a month. i think her mom is covering for her because she said the car smelled like a dead body on the 911 call and then later said that it was probably old pizza or that she'd hit an animal. it's all so ridiculous. it goes to show how tangled a web of lies you can really weave.

Guilty. I'm sorry, but if I hadn't seen my daughter within a day, I'd be freaking out. It wouldn't take me A MONTH to report her missing.

i constantly keep an eye on my daughter, so i know it's not that hard.

i'm not a mother, but i think it would be common sense to know where your child is at all times. especially a child that young.

Followed the story from day one, and she is guilty.. no doubt in my mind.
There was no sign of that little girl for a month before Casey's mom MADE her call the police. She had been telling EVERYONE the whole time she was w/ the babysitter, this Gonzalez lady who had NO idea who Casey, or Caylee, was! Then once her mom FINALLY makes her call the police, she says she left her w/ the babysitter weeks ago & hasn't seen her since.

I watched a little boy and his mom would literally leave him with me for days without calling, or checking up on him, he was like a son to me. I miss him lol, just saying it does happen.

IMO: She is guilty, she is a POS who claims to be a mother, when in reality, all she did was birth a child, that doesnt make you a mother.

oh ur forgetting the part where casey's mom called police and screamed to them that the trunk of casey's car smell like a dead body.. bitch is guilty, plain and simple.
