You can find it in the entry editor - privacy tab but I just checked and it's there but apparently not working.

Thanks, but does Bloop not have exclusive lists anymore? I thought it was completely different than the friends and block list.

i clicked on the exclusive list link and it brought me to bloop xtra page. did they move exclusive lists to xtra accounts?

Yeah, exclusive lists have always been an xtra-only thing. :)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure E/L can only be used by Xtra subscribers.
