I was just curious if any of you have done a salt water cleanse (or really, any type of cleanse), and if so, what you thought of the results (if any).

I tried a fruit cleanse a few years ago, and I loved the feeling I had afterwards - so I'm trying to poke around the 'net and see what kinds of cleanses are out there. I read that a Salt Water Cleanse can help fix menstrual irregularities, so that was one thing on the plus side (instead of doing the fruit cleanse again).

So any input on toxin cleansing you could offer would be much appreciated! :)
