I was just curious if anyone has purchased this game yet, or is planning on doing so.
The game dropped today (March 22nd!) and I've been eagerly anticipating this day for MONTHS. lol ;D

I can't afford it right now, so I figured I'd live through others who have it.

Mine is going ungodly slow! I've been torrenting ~6 hours, and I'm only at 14% (656mb out of 5GB!)

Nope, got it off Files Tube using J Downloader. Got it in about 4 hours. Playing it now! :D

Do you have a link at all? I've never used either of those... and I don't feel like waiting another 24 hours for the last 60% I need of this one :(

Google and get JDownloader which will download each part for you, makes it much simpler.

@Acid Fairy: I completely forgot to ask - how do you like the game??

I'm liking it so far! I can see how in the future it might get a bit tiresome, but then again I get bored of TS3 on occasion so it will be nice to have two rather different games to switch between.

@Acid Fairy: I'm the same way with #3. I'll get bored of it, and not play for a month or so. Then just get this itch to play, and I'll be on the game for hours ;D

This one just looks like so much fun! I've always wanted to be able to do the kingdom thing ;D

I swear by that site for all things music, video, and game wise. Just pay close attention the comments and ratings and you can't go wrong.

I'm probably downloading the same torrent as MG.

I looked over at btjunkie to see if I could find a faster one lol. The best looking one is the one I'm already downloading.

Torrents confuse the hell out of me. And my hubby has been waiting for this one!

Oh torrents are super easy.

I use BitTorrent (it's a program you need to download torrents. There are a bunch of others, but I like BT.) Then you find the torrent you want, and save it to your computer. I just double-click it and bittorrent automatically starts downloading it for me.

The only tricky thing is with games. You have to know how to install the crack(s) correctly or it won't work ;D
I'm used to them though, I have a lot of cracked sims games lol.

So i bought the game and it keeps crashing..anyone else having these problems?

Did you download the patch? I heard patch 1.1 was released almost as soon as it hit shelves.

No not yet..Im downloading the update for it now

@Zachary's Mommy: That will probably fix it. EA is usually really speedy about patching things that make the game un-playable ;D

I did notice in TS3 that my game would completely crash if I had the graphic settings too high for my computer (which at the time was a real piece). I'd suggest trying to put them on minimum settings, or lower them somewhat, if the patch doesn't fix your problem. See if maybe that helps :)

That's usually my first plan of action when I have game crashy issues.

I downloaded the patch and it worked fine..then crash..ahhh I wanna play this game soooo bad cause it looks like so much fun..just frustrated..haha
