I got this website from a friend. I urge all US residents to check it out to find out what criminals live in your neighborhood, especially if you have children. I just found out that two child predators moved in directly behind our house across the alley way.

Interesting, I have 5 entries around me on the map, but only one that is truely close....attempted murder, vehicular assault, reckless endangerment, unlawful imprisonment, promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child. Great neighbors 8-|

Interesting how the one I posted is supposedly a hoax, and yet it gives me the EXACT same in formation as Family WatchDog.

I decided to go back and check out Felonspy again, based on the information Snopes gave. And while the ORIGINAL searches came back indentical for Felonspy and WatchDog, subsequent searches in FelonSpy did give completely different results.

*shrugs* Oh well. At least information is getting out there on how to make sure you're neighborhood is safe, even if it DID start out with a hoax site. :)

Using familywatchdog, of 168 displayed felons...I'd say less than 40 of them are NOT child-related offenders! Goodness...

Wow I have 36 registered offenders in my area. Kind of scary since I go jogging in that exact area at nighttime. Guess I put too much faith in my town...
