Swan Creek Township man gets 90 days in vacuum sex act case

SAGINAW -- A man who was sentenced Wednesday to 90 days in jail for performing a sex act with a car wash vacuum needs pscychological help, a relative said.

"He's sick," said Tony Savage, who is related by marriage to Jason LeRoy Savage, a 29-year-old man who was arrested in October after a resident called police to report suspicious activity at a car wash in Thomas Township, about 90 miles northwest of Detroit. "The guy needs some serious help.

"He admitted to (a sex act with) a vacuum cleaner at the car wash," Tony Savage said. "He did it; he told me he did it. I told him, 'You're a complete jerk.' I don't know what the hell he was thinking."

As part of his sentence, Jason Savage also must submit to drug testing.

The 29-year-old Swan Creek Township man was sentenced Wednesday in Saginaw County Circuit Court. Savage pleaded no contest to indecent exposure last month.
