Is anyone else participating in the 999 Challenge? http://the999challenge.blogspot.com/ or http://www.librarything.com/groups/999challenge

This is how it works you pick 9 categories (ex: mysteries, nonfiction, borrowed books, new releases, books on my shelf that i have yet to read.. etc) then you read 9 books within that category and you do all of this in the year 2009. For an extra challenge read all the books by 9/09/09.

I just found out about it today. I'm still picking my categories :)

I'm with falling up... I don't think I have the time for this.... none-the-less time to do it by my birthday, less than five months away! hehe

Oh lord. I read just about anything. Well let me take that back. I can't get into science fiction or most fantasy type books. Other than that, I'm a pretty eclectic reader. I just might look into this... although since January I think I've already read about 100 books. Probably more knowing me. Gotta love working in the library.
