Does anyone understand the word FRIEND?

People seriously piss me off! One of my friends is always saying how she's always so bored, ever since she dropped out of highschool. I've been trying to rekindle our relationship, now that I have time to do stuff since crew is over. Even though she's always saying she's bored, every time I ask her to hang out, she always claims to be busy! Like ugh, it just pisses me off! Like why the hell do I even have friends if they're NEVER there for me to talk to or hang out with? I wish I had a car, I can't wait for my 17th birthday on September 22. I think that will solve alot of problems, if only these damn gas prices would go down!

I've noticed whenever I ask friends to hang out now that I have the time because school is over for the summer, they never want to hang out. It's annoying. Maybe you should just have her come to you instead putting in the effort all the time. The next time she complains to you about being bored, simply tell her how you have been asking her to hang out but she never wants to !
