Talked to my mom. She says no to a puppy.
Because it's not the right point in time for our family to have a new addition or something like that.
One with fur she means.
Right now I'm almost inclined to agree with her.
Zoey got out yesterday.
My dad didn't seem to give a shit.
I was the one chasing after her in the neighborhood, bare foot down the alleyway, jacking up my ankle again.
I was the one who saw my dog almost get hit by a car three times before my dad finally got off his ass and got in the car.
He drove by her and opened the door and she hopped right in.
He laughed like nothing bad had almost happened.
He didn't get to see two cars swerve to avoid hitting her (almost hitting me in the process).
He didn't have to scream when one only just missed her cause she darted back towards me.
I had a really shitty day yesterday.
At least Zoey is okay.
She's not aloud in the yard by herself anymore but she's alive.
