I had a mostly lazy day today. Last night was good too.
Hung out with Manda, Allie and Kayleen, all three of which I haven't seen in almost a year.
I need to hang out with my friends more often.
Am now currently sleepless for some reason.
Its weird. I've been tired all day, but now that I can go to be, I can't really sleep.
I got a couple of movies today, and a onesie for the baby. 
It's really cute and when I saw it I kind of had to grab it.
Because of the playlist on my Ipod.
I've been slowly picking out music since the baby will be able to hear noise from outside the womb soon.
So yes I'm being a dork and gathering up songs I remember singing along to in the car when I was little. 
There was lots of Janis Joplin, Grateful Dead, and The Who with my dad.
More of the same with my mom but with some Beatles, and completely random bits of country with my mom. Actually, now that I think about it... Crazy used to sing a lot of songs to me when I went to sleep... Lots of Janis Joplin. Apparently that was one of the only things to calm a crying little munchin sized ankel bitter Kerry down.
My parents pretty much opened my ears up to a wide variety of music.
And lots of the songs that I remember (and still belt out with Crazy in the car ) are on the list.
Some classical too, for when we need to chillax.
It's not that it's boring... just that I can't be angry or upset while listening to Clair De Lune.... it's some kind of voodoo spell I tell you.
Normally I can be pissy doing just about anything. 
So with my mother's taste... The Beatles are absolutely going onto the baby's playlist.
And I was out at Old Navy shopping with Manda.
They have Valentines themed crap everywhere... And while I was waiting for Manda to try on clothes, I magically wandered into the infant section.
There was a red onsie, with white and blue lettering, all staggered and nifty in design
It says
"All you need is

VE
(and naps)"
So cute my brain stopped working and I bought it.
The first item of clothing I've gotten for my child.
It was one of those "Holy shit this is real" kind of moments.
It's kind of a boyish colored thing, but if it's a girl then I'll put one of those pointless headband bows on her little noggin.
She could rock it.
Fine I'll say it... Click my eggs and baby dragons!!!
