christmas was excellent. i spent time with my family, ate ridiculously delicious food, and got completely spoiled. the sony blu ray player and stereo system were the biggies, which isn't to say that the 30 rock dvds, the pyjamas, the robe, the tank tops, cook books, mandoline, etc. etc. etc. weren't awesome too.
it was so nice to just have a few days off to chill, and i think knowing that i'd have another day all to myself upon our return to toronto made it even sweeter. lauren and chris really wanted me to go to a show/party in st. catherines with them tonight, but i bailed, knowing that nothing will top getting into my own cozy bed tonight, and sleeping in as late as i want in the morning.
the drive home today was excellent. i made amazing time, and had a nice chat with andrew. we got to his place around 11:30 and i went up to kill a little time with the boys before josh took the subway to work. 3 hours later, i left. haha. i just have so much fun mocking things [television, people, life] with andrew and zach. if drew actually moves to singapore, toronto will be a lot less fun.
i'm suddenly extremely tired. maybe it has something to do with the fact that i just ordered and ate entirely too much chinese food. |
